Join us for SisterSense, a group that helps women discover their strengths by connecting them with horses, other women and the natural world. Explore the barriers in your way, and learn strategies for getting where you want to be! Together we'll also address the power of saying "no" (and how to make it stick!), acting with integrity, and enhancing decision-making skills. An Equine Assisted Therapy team consisting of a therapist, an equine specialist and the horses provide a safe, fun and challenging atmosphere.
