Concerned about young women losing their spirit, spark and self-esteem as they enter adolescence? Girls Rule! helps girls learn how to stand their ground, strengthens their communication skills, and empowers them to ask for help. Girls explore important living skills such as improving and strengthening boundaries, enhancing anxiety coping techniques, and helping them learn to make wise choices. An Equine Assisted Therapy team consisting of a therapist, an equine specialist and the horses provide a safe, fun and challenging atmosphere.

Class Details and Registration: Groups meet for 70 to 90 minutes and are $65 per session and require a minimum of 6 people per group. We accept MC, Visa, AmEx and Discover.

Groups are offered throughout the year. If you prefer, you may also schedule a private group for less than 6 people by special arrangement. The number of times groups meet varies per group, but generally groups meet for a minimum of 4 sessions. Groups can be held on weekdays, evenings or on weekends.
