Is your workday filled with strained faces and clenched fists? Trying to get things done in a quietly (or openly!) hostile environment saps the heart and desire out of everyone in the workplace. Learn how to identify healthy vs. unhealthy conflict in the office, and learn ways to reduce or even eliminate that conflict. Horses teach us how to resolve conflict in productive and healthy ways, creating a challenging but not threatening working environment. Special facilitation skills for managers are introduced and demonstrated as well.

Class Details and Registration: This group is held as a 1/2 day workshop at a cost of $75 per person, or as a full-day workshop, at a cost of $150 per person (lunch included in price). This group is usually held on a weekday, but can be scheduled on weekends by request. We accept MC, Visa, AmEx and Discover.
